We are going to discuss one book a week over the course of a year. We encourage you to watch, and share these videos. If you have read the books, you don’t need to watch. If you have not read the book, you must watch. It is the way to get into our Charism more.
Mary and the MFC Core Values
Mary is the one closest to Jesus. She gave birth to him, nurtured him, and was with him all the way to the cross, and beyond. Among all humans, she knows the Savior best. She spent the most number of years with him. She drank of his wisdom. She is the model disciple. She is co-Redemptrix. She is the Queen of heaven and earth.
Mary always points us to her Son Jesus. And Mary always tells us, “Do whatever he tells you.” With Mary as our guide, we can only grow closer to Jesus, and become better instruments to do his work.
Mary is the embodiment of our seven Core Values. We are consecrated to her. Let her continue to show us the way to proclaiming Christ and the salvation that he brings. As we do so, may all peoples recognize Mary’s crucial role, and thus may all ages call her blessed.
