On Mary (Part 27) – Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary

FROM THE SERVANT GENERAL
ON MARY
(Part 27)
OUR LADY OF THE MOST HOLY ROSARY
Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary
October 7, 2023

Today, for us in MFC, we observe the International Day of Consecration to our Lady of the Holy Rosary. We are consecrated to our Mother Mary as God’s holy warriors. We have pledged to confront and fight evil in all its forms. In this spiritual war, such consecration is of crucial importance. This is especially so because the battle has entered our Church herself. The enemy is within.      Right now the Synod on Synodality of Pope Francis is going on. The Pope, who has shown himself to be a modernist, aims to gain acceptance and to legitimize what has been prohibited by the Church through two millennia. Such as acceptance of homosexuality, blessing of same-sex marriages, Communion for those in irregular unions. The Pope is building up a church of man, looking to acceptance of grave sinners without repentance for sin, to an ecological religion pushing climate change hysteria, to world control by totalitarian globalist elites.      Many souls are being lost. But the Pope eschews and condemns evangelization, which is the very mission of our Church.       This is the dire situation in which we exist today. And so it has been of crucial importance that God raised us up from over 42 years ago, formed and strengthened us, and instilled a strong missionary heart in each of us. We are among the few today who stand and fight for the truth of the gospel.      This year, with our theme, God instructs us to be on guard. Be discerning and watch out for the enemy, who is wily. We are to stand firm in the faith. But we must know the authentic faith, so that we are not easily swayed by sweet words which actually negate gospel truths. We are to be strong and courageous, fully engaged in the war. This is why from years back, we have been called to be holy warriors.      We are warriors in the Army of Mary. Mary is co-Redemptrix, fully engaged in the spiritual war that rages. Jesus leads us, and Mary helps support and sustain us. Today, as we celebrate the Feast of our Lady of the Rosary (who is also known as Our Lady of Victory), we recall the miraculous victory of Christian forces against the Ottoman Empire in the battle of Lepanto. It is Our Lady, according to the mind and wisdom of God, who helps us in this savage war. She has given us a powerful weapon, which is the Rosary. We must pray the Rosary every day.       My dear brethren, fellow holy warriors, servants of Jesus the Most High, our place among the forces of good is of utmost importance. We have been given a great responsibility, which has been our great privilege. We fight for God and His righteousness. We fight for the preservation and strengthening of our Church. We continue to proclaim Christ and help bring more souls into the Kingdom.      It is very challenging for us, with lack of material resources with which to carry on our mission. It is very challenging, openly opposing strong enemy forces, including those within the Church, comprising the highest authorities. We will be battered and persecuted. But all these are part of the call, intended by God to bring us to greater holiness. We must remain steadfast.       And so we consecrate ourselves to our Mother Mary, and look to her to give us the victory. We look to her for our consolation. We look to her warm embrace as she nurses our wounds. We look to her approving smile as we do the work of her Son Jesus.      Onward, holy warriors. Ho-wa! *      *      *
