Transgender ideology has enabled people to identify as amputees despite being healthy. In 2022, a healthy non-disabled Norwegian man began identifying as a woman paralyzed from the waist down and took to a wheelchair. This is double insanity—a man saying he is a woman and a healthy person saying he is disabled.
This year a Quebec man had two healthy fingers amputated because he had intrusive thoughts about his left hand’s fourth and fifth fingers, that these did not belong to his body. This is called body integrity dysphoria (BID), or just plain stupidity.
Trans activists no longer refer to “sex change surgeries” but to “gender-affirming care.” Either way, I would call it insanity.
